TY-PA63 is a specially modified aqueous polyamide wax rheological additive that  forms a 3-D network structure in aqueous coatings, providing anti-settling and anti- caking effects, and enhancing pigment alignment properties.It is very easy to disperse.Unlike traditional waterborne thickening agents, TY-PA63 provides high thixotropic properties without increasing extra viscosity to the system.

Applications

TY-PA63 can be used in a wide range of industrial and civil waterborne coating systems.Especially,suitable for emulsion coatings.

Incorporation

1. Can be added at any stage. Post-addition at a final stage by a dissolver is recommended.

2. High speed disperser is recommended. High shear equipment such as sand mill to be avoided.

3. Dispersing temperature is recommended to be under 40¡æ.

4. Additive level is 1.0-4.0% by weight of total formulation.

Store in cool and dry places between 10-40¡æ.Shelf Life: 2years.
