Product Introduction

TY-RD is a kind of synthetic layered silicate clay containing Li, Mg and Si. TY-RD is a non-toxic and tasteless white power . It will be gel or free-flowing suspension when dispersed in water. It is an excellent water-based rheological additive, thickening agent, thixotropic agent, suspension stabilizer and anti-sink and anti-sagging agent.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

(1) Regel method:the concentration of the gel is 2%-4%.

After adding pregel into the coating, stirring it until the fineness is qualified and then adding emulsion or water-based resin.

(2) Frosted dispersion method or high-speed cutting method: stirring it until the fineness is qualified and then adding emulsion or water-based resin.

SHELF LIFE
